The Council of Economic Advisers Report was released in the President's Radio Address to the Nation on November 25,2000. The report focuses on the role of philanthropy in the economy, including a discussion and interpretation of the trends in charitable giving; a review of the social science research on the factors that effect giving; and an investigation of how the aging of Baby Boomers, and other trends, are likely to effect giving in the future.
