The President will address the National Governors? Association (NGA) Annual Meeting at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College, Pennsylvania. President Clinton will then travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and make remarks at Pennsylvania Senate 2000 dinner at the Warwick Hotel in downtown Philadelphia. Media wishing to cover the President?s remarks to the National Governors? Association should reserve credentials in advance by faxing names and contact numbers on organization letterhead to the NGA Meeting Press Office at 814-865-4606. Credentials will not be issued in advance but will be available at the press check-in area at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. Press must show valid federal or state-issued photo identification and press identification at the press check-in area to gain access to the event.
