President Clinton's New Markets Tour

Day 4: Anaheim, California

Anaheim was founded in 1857 by a community of German farmers, writers, artists and musicians. While the area was originally used for vineyards, and then for citrus and walnut cultivation, the city is now an important industrial center manufacturing electronic equipment, guidance systems, paper converters, metal fabricators, greeting cards, and processed foods. Anaheim is also one of the great tourist and convention centers of the United States.
