BILL PURPOSE: Requires the Secretary of Interior to
convey water distribution facilities that
are part of the Colorado-Big Thompson Project to the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District.
OMB ESTIMATE: P.L. 106-376 requires the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
and the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) to reimburse the Government for the
conveyance, which is expected to occur in 2001. The Government will forgo future payments
from the water districts.
