Council of Economic Advisers

On February 10, the Council of Economic Advisers released the 2000 Economic Report of the President. It traces the dramatic changes that have occurred in the U.S. economy over the last century with discussions of macroeconomics, families, workers, technology, globalization, and the environment. The Report analyzes the unique features of the current economic expansion, the policies that helped make it possible, and addresses the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
