The President's Council On Sustainable Development (PCSD) was
created by President Clinton to advise him on sustainable development and to
develop bold, new approaches to achieve our economic, environmental, and equity
goals.
The Council held many public meetings governed by the Federal
Advisory Committee Act to:
- - invite public comment,
- conduct council business,
and - engage the public on sustainable development & the Council's
work.
