H.R. 4391 - Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act

The Administration supports House passage of H.R. 4391. The bill will help
consumers and promote the efficient spread of telecommunications
technologies by ensuring that users of wireless telecommunications services
(including cellular and personal communications services) are not subject
to taxation by multiple jurisdictions.
