H.R. 39 - African Elephant Conservation Reauthorization Act of 1997

The Administration strongly supports H.R. 39, which would reauthorize the
African Elephant Conservation Act through fiscal year 2002. The Act is
designed to encourage and assist efforts to conserve one of the world's most
important species of wildlife.
