Note: In the Electronic FOIA Amendments of 1996 (P.L. 104-231), Congress changed the annual reporting period from a calendar year to a fiscal year as of Fiscal Year 1998. The next report will therefore cover Fiscal Year 1998. The current report covers Calendar Year 1997 up to the beginning of Fiscal Year 1998.
